Shipping and Returns

Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch your order to you within 3 working days after the clearance of your payment (notwithstanding public holidays, for example, Christmas).  We cannot accept responsibility for items returned to us due to non-delivery i.e. customer unable to collect from carrier if item was unsuccessfully delivered due to customer being out etc.  Damaged packages should be notified to the carrier delivery centre.  Times of high postal volume, particularly at Christmas for example, should be taken into account when placing your order.  It is recommended that you consult the Royal Mail Christmas posting deadline schedule, available through your local post office.

Force Majeure
The seller shall not be liable for any default due to circumstances beyond reasonable control of the seller including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, civil unrest, strike, lock out, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, flood, earthquake or shortage of supply or failure to deliver of the suppliers to the supplier.  


Back Orders

Our Policy is to only display items on our website that we physically have in stock. Of course there is always the chance we might miss something.  If we are out of stock we will drop you an email explaining the situation and advise you on estimated delivery time, at this point you can either request a full or partial refund, or order something else.  We normally dispatch within 3 working days, often sooner. Please allow 5 - 7 working days for delivery from time of placing your order.

Returns Policy
Under the Distance Selling Regulations if you are a consumer (not a business) you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website within 7 days of receiving our order confirmation email.  If we have not yet despatched the goods, we will cancel your order and make an immediate repayment.  You can cancel an order by emailing or calling us on 01392 421906.


 Returning an item

When cancelling your order, if you have already received the goods you will need to return them within 30 days. Once we have received your goods, we will credit you with the value of the returned goods. Unfortunately we cannot accept the following: goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.  


If you are returning an item because of an error made on our part or because it is defective, we will be more than happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the goods to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise, you will be responsible for delivery charges in connection with your purchase.

To return an item, send the goods to the address below quoting your order number and reason for cancellation e.g. defective items. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
